This happened to me,I did not want or expect such a thing.I was praying,not something I do,but a young woman in our village was expected not to live.Iclosed my eyes and focused hard.Then Ifelt myself somersault out of my body and I was up on the ceiling looking down on the room and the people below.It lasted a second or two and then I was back.It felt delightful,better than normal experience.
